How do I do it?
I cut my own solder paste stencils using a plotter cutter. As you can see it can cut QFN Pads perfectly. The stencils are cut from 0.125mm (5 mil) Mylar sheets.

I charge 0.1€ per cm² + postage and I ship to anywhere from Portugal.
Example: A 5*5cm design with a 1cm border around is 49cm² so the total is 4.9€ + postage depending on where you live.
